Week 2
This week:
Take some time to daydream and think about "What do you really want for your life?"
Fill out the journal prompts below
Choose and focus on one "keystone goal"
Take your goal and make it S.M.A.R.T.
Let your accountability partner know what is your S.M.A.R.T. goal (Make it 90 days/3 months out from now)
Remember, S.M.A.R.T. stands for "Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timebound"

Describe your dream day [All the way from waking up to falling sleep] What does it look like? Who is with you? What are you doing? How do you feel both emotionally and physically?
Who do you need to become in order to create that dream day? Describe that person in detail.
What do you need to accomplish in order to create that dream day?
What is your first step to creating that dream day? (THIS IS YOUR "KEYSTONE GOAL")
