Creating Habits to Achieve Goals

Week 3


Rules for creating your habit/promise:

  1. It has to be daily!

  2. It should take you 5-10 minutes ideally, you can go up to 30 minutes but only if you are sure you can do it.

  3. Have only one focus at a time, especially for the first 90 days

  4. Write down your habit and put it everywhere. E.g. On your nightstand, your desk, your fridge, etc..

  5. Add it to your calendar including weekends.

  6. Practice “radical compassion’’ for yourself.

  7. Check in with yourself and your accountability partner, to make sure that your promise is actually doable for you and your life right now.

  8. Take a moment to picture yourself stepping into the identity of the person who commits to this promise

  9. Drop your promise to yourself in the comments below so I can also make sure they are achievable.
